Refund policy

Your happiness is our goal.  To make the return process swift and easy, please follow the guidelines below.  

Wrong Item Ordered, Not Using Anymore

• Simply return product in its original container, unmarked, and seals intact within 30 days of invoice date.
• Include a copy of your invoice and state the reason for your return.
• Returns past 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Customer is responsible for the return of the product.
• Special order items are not returnable unless there is an error on our part.

Received Wrong Product

• Please notify us within 5 business days if you have a received the wrong product. 
• We will replace the product at no charge.

Defective Product

• Please notify us within 5 business days or as soon as possible if there is problem with any product you receive from us.  
• We will replace the product at no charge.
